We ship to all states and territories within Australia.

Most orders are delivered via the Australia Post eParcel network or a selection of Australia’s most reputable courier companies. Parcels include tracking. If no-one is available to accept the order, a card is usually left and it is taken to your nearest post office for collection within 5 business days. (Please note, any items uncollected are returned to us and may attract additional return shipping charges).

In order to keep your delivery fees as low as possible, small items are shipped via Australia Postâs regular letter service, without tracking. These parcels are identified during Ebay checkout as being delivered by “Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked”. This service usually takes 2-6 days for delivery (or a little longer for some remote areas), but it is currently taking longer in some instances, due to changes in the Australia Post network which are out of our control. In some instances, delivery is taking up to 15 business days. We ask that you have an element of patience whilst the Posties deliver to you, and before contacting Ebay or lodging feedback, we would ask that you contact us for assistance first.

Products are usually shipped from Melbourne within 48 hours of receiving payment. We ship to all areas within Australia via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Most of our products ship worldwide. All international shipments are sent with tracking numbers, but sometimes we find Ebay’s system does not provide the tracking number to buyers. If you need your tracking number, please contact us.

Delivery times are estimated at 6-20+ business days in most instances, but this can be longer in some instances and to some parts of the world. We can provide a quote for express delivery if required – please contact us.

Rates do not include any import taxes or tariffs payable to the destination country, which buyers would be responsible for should they apply. Please check with authorities in the destination country for more information.

60 DAY RETURNS POLICY

If you no longer want your product for any reason at all, let us know within 60 days of receiving it and we will happily exchange it for any other item in our store, or store credit for use at a later date. Instructions for the return will be provided.

The item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as when you received them, unuséd and unopened. Upon receipt of your return, store credit will be issued to 100% of the value of the product(s) being returned. Note original and return shipping cannot be credited. Where original shipping was free, a $5 fee will be deducted from the credit to cover costs.

If you receive a faulty product, get in touch explaining what is wrong within 7 days of receiving the item, including photos where relevant/possible. In this instance, you can choose between a replacement product or a full refund, inclusive of all shipping costs.

Payment is available via PayPal or any major Credit Card thru Ebay’s in-built payment system.
